Cookie Policy
How cookies and similar technologies work, why websites use them, and how you can manage your privacy choices.
1. Introduction
This Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar browser technologies in relation to the Swiftaer website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Swiftaer is preparing for commercial launch, and its complete deployed cookie inventory remains under review.
2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. Websites may also use local storage, session storage, pixels, scripts and other technologies to maintain sessions, remember choices or measure interactions. These technologies do not all operate in the same way.
3. Strictly necessary technologies
Essential technologies may support security, authentication, session integrity and other functions needed to operate a website. A previous application-code review identified an administrative authentication cookie. That review was not a complete runtime inventory.
4. Functional technologies
Functional technologies can remember preferences such as interface settings or language. This category is explained for transparency; it does not establish that Swiftaer currently deploys functional tracking cookies.
5. Analytics and performance technologies
Analytics technologies may measure visits, interactions, errors and performance to help improve a website. The previously reviewed application code did not identify an implemented marketing or analytics tracking integration. This does not establish the absence of all such technologies at runtime.
6. Marketing and advertising technologies
Marketing technologies can support campaign measurement, advertising attribution or personalization. Their inclusion in this policy does not mean they are currently enabled on Swiftaer. Any future deployment must be reviewed for applicable consent and disclosure requirements.
7. First-party and third-party technologies
First-party technologies are associated with the website you visit. Third-party services may also place or access identifiers when integrated. Actual providers, purposes and data recipients must be identified through a verified technical inventory before specific disclosures are finalized.
8. Session and persistent cookies
Session cookies generally expire at the end of a browsing session. Persistent cookies may remain for a defined period. Actual names, retention periods, domains and providers must be documented from the deployed website rather than estimated.
9. Legal basis and consent
Where applicable law requires consent for storing or accessing information on a visitor's device, optional technologies must not operate before valid consent. Strictly necessary technologies may be treated differently under applicable rules. Any processing of personal data also requires an appropriate legal basis.
10. Managing and withdrawing choices
You can review, restrict or delete cookies through your browser's privacy settings. Blocking certain technologies may affect website functionality. Swiftaer's current Cookie Settings page is informational and does not yet save consent preferences. A website-specific consent manager remains a separate implementation task.
11. International processing and third parties
External technology providers may process information in other countries. The relevant providers, transfers and safeguards must be identified and disclosed where applicable. No particular international transfer is asserted by this general explanation.
12. Changes, rights and contact
This policy will be updated as Swiftaer's verified cookie inventory and services evolve. For privacy enquiries, contact founder@swiftaer.com. Additional information about personal data rights is available in our Privacy Policy.
