eSIM Service Terms
Important information about travel eSIM eligibility, installation, activation, network use and future purchasing conditions.
1. Scope and current status
Swiftaer is preparing its travel eSIM platform for commercial launch. These sections explain subjects expected to be relevant to future eSIM services. Final binding conditions of sale and service have not yet been approved. This page is not a finalized purchase agreement.
2. Eligibility and customer responsibilities
Customers should provide accurate information, use services lawfully and check the requirements of their destination and device. Any final age, geographic or eligibility restrictions must be established in the approved commercial terms.
3. Product descriptions
Individual eSIM products may differ in destination coverage, permitted networks, data allowances, validity periods and other conditions. Product-specific information should be reviewed before any purchase.
4. Ordering and contract formation
Swiftaer has not activated live commercial purchasing. Future terms must specify how orders are placed, accepted or rejected, when a contract is formed, and how customers receive order confirmation.
5. Payments and applicable charges
Final payment methods, billing arrangements, taxes, fees and payment-related responsibilities must be disclosed before commercial launch. No payment integration or payment acceptance is represented as active by this page.
6. Device compatibility
Using an eSIM generally requires an eSIM-capable device that is appropriately unlocked and supports the necessary installation features. Compatibility may depend on model, regional variant, firmware and operator restrictions.
7. eSIM installation
Installation may involve scanning a QR code, entering activation information or using a supported device workflow. Customers should follow the instructions supplied for their specific product and device.
8. Activation and validity
An eSIM's validity may begin on installation, first network connection or another product-specific trigger. Customers must review the applicable activation policy and validity period for their selected product.
9. Network access and coverage
Connectivity depends on permitted local operators, roaming arrangements, device capabilities, location and network availability. A mobile operator's general coverage does not establish that every Swiftaer product can access every network or technology.
10. Data allowances and fair usage
Products may have fixed allowances, daily allowances or continued data access subject to fair-usage conditions. Some products may reduce speeds or apply other conditions after a usage threshold. The exact product terms govern.
11. Speeds and performance
Actual connection speeds can vary with congestion, device capabilities, network technology, signal conditions, location and the access permitted by the selected product. No universal minimum speed is promised here.
12. Permitted and prohibited use
Future service conditions may prohibit unlawful activity, abuse, interference with networks, fraud or attempts to bypass technical restrictions. Any enforceable usage restrictions must be set out in the approved service agreement.
13. Interruptions and service limitations
Mobile connectivity may be affected by outages, maintenance, local network restrictions or circumstances beyond a reseller's control. Final contractual remedies and responsibilities must be established before launch.
14. Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Refund eligibility, cancellation procedures, exclusions and processing timelines have not yet been finalized. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Customers should consult the published Refund Policy when commercial purchasing becomes available.
15. Customer support and complaints
Customers should retain their product information and contact the published support channel when experiencing service difficulties. Final response times, complaint handling and escalation procedures will be established before commercial launch.
16. Liability, changes and governing terms
Final provisions addressing liability, service changes, dispute resolution, governing law and other contractual matters require review against the operating entity and applicable law. This informational page does not replace those approved provisions.
17. Related information and contact
